Meet the Founder
Kavita Paul – An educator and parent herself, Kavita founded Safe Wings with a vision to provide a haven where children flourish under gentle guidance, playful exploration, and uncompromising safety. I became a mother in 2020, and before that, I had over two years of experience working at an international school. But nothing — not even that professional background — could fully prepare me for the reality of raising a child. As I began researching how to nurture my daughter, I noticed a striking gap between the way I was brought up and what modern research recommends. The patience, understanding, and specialised training required to care for a child became clear to me. In Indian tradition, much wisdom is passed down by elders, but without that guiding presence at home, most new parents are left without structured, reasoned guidance.
